Asher Oilfield Specialty (AOS) was founded in 1994 by James Asher. AOS started off as a rod pump shop and consulting business. In 1996 Steve Asher bought AOS from his father and added slickline services to the business. AOS purchased the Great White Slickline equipment in 2015. The Company was recently acquired by five people who are experienced in the slickline business including Bryce Asher, Brian Jones, Scotty Sanders, Mandell Greteman, and Ric Drennen. We have put an experienced team of supervisors and drivers together to form an innovative and reliable service company. Over the last 25 years AOS has serviced the state of Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry and has evolved into a 20-truck operation.

AOS has been family owned and operated for over 25 years providing comprehensive slickline services to both major and independent oil and gas companies with locations in Lindsay and Elk City. Our services include:
